Meet Messieurs Tuck and Bow
Provenance: Tuck grew up around the corner from Spinsters Row and has admired the old buildings since childhood, while Bow is a recent transplant to the neighborhood who arrived aboard a steamship with a trunk of leather bound books.
Specialities: Polishing gems, coin collecting, digging holes for new construction projects.
Rumors: They shared the same mother, or the same father, or both.
